These Terms of Use govern the use of the app My CNC DB (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), provided by Wigtertainment Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

These Terms of Use regulate the relationship between the Provider and the users of the App. They apply to all versions of the App (Android, iOS, Web).

2. Description of Services

The App is designed for managing and documenting CNC projects. It offers the following features, among others:

• Recording and managing CNC project data
• Photo documentation of CNC projects
• Import and export of project data (JSON)
• Optional cloud synchronization via Google Drive

3. Usage Rights

The Provider grants you a simple, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for personal or professional purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or decompile the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Sublicense or resell the App to third parties
• Use the App in a manner that impairs the operation of the App or affects other users

4. User Account and Google Sign-In

A Google account sign-in is required for the optional cloud synchronization feature. You are responsible for the security of your account. The Provider is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

5. Data and Content

• All data you enter into the App (project data, photos) remains your property.
• Data is primarily stored locally on your device.
• When using the synchronization feature, data is additionally stored in the private app area of your Google Drive account.
• The Provider assumes no responsibility for the loss of locally stored data.

6. Availability

The Provider strives to ensure high availability of the App and its associated services. However, there is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work, updates, or technical issues may lead to temporary restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is".
• The Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, unless such damages are caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Provider.
• The Provider shall not be liable for the loss of data stored exclusively on your local device.
• Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, and lost profits is excluded.

8. Changes to the App and Terms of Use

The Provider reserves the right to further develop, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. These Terms of Use may also be updated as necessary. The current version is always available through the App or this page.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. The Provider may restrict or block access to the App in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use.
